Ten years after Laura completed the CTI certification program and launched her coaching business, Andrew knew he wanted to become a certified coach. Andrew realized that the skills she learned in coaching were incredibly valuable and he wanted to be able to bring those same skills to his parenting, career, and coaching his son and daughter's hockey and soccer teams.
Andrew is drawn to coaching because it helps people discover or confirm what is really important to them, then helps them commit to live their life in a way that is in alignment with their passions, values, and aspirations.
